SOLD: Rogers Holiday Cleveland 20/12/14

The kit has sold. The new owner got a good one.

-----------------------------------------------------------------

Rogers Holiday 20/12/14 shell pack in Wine Red Ripple. Drums have Cleveland tags and flat gray interiors. If I had to guess I'd say these are '64 or '65. No extra holes or missing parts. There does appear to be a mixture of Rogers tension rods on the 12" and 14"...some are correct and some may be older. The bass drum is outfitted in he Swingtime configuration. Hardware is very nice.

The only real issue with the kit is that the 12" and 14" toms have some splotchy discoloration in the wrap. No idea what cased this as it came to me this way. I think it may have something to do with the adhesive under the wrap, but I don't know for sure. It hasn't changed any in the years I've owned it. The 14" does have a couple of abrasions. This does create a dilemma because a future owner may want to re-wrap these drums, however, the bass drum is in great shape and it would be a bummer to strip it. I'm kind of hoping the next owner will be fine with the imperfections as I have been.

The good news is, this is a players kit so it can be gigged worry free...and it has a Rogers 14" floor tom. I hate giving up this 20" bass drum. It thinks it is a 24".

Like new heads all around. Everything has been detailed recently so they are ready to be played. Be sure to look at the photo gallery closely. I've tried to show the issue with the wrap as best I can.
