Dayton vs Cleveland shells and edges

Hi all. I'm new to this forum. I've recently come to understand and hear what amazing drums Rogers are, and now I'm on a quest to acquire the right set for my needs . My question is: is there any difference between a Dayton shell and a Cleveland shell and were the edges cut in exactly the same degree?
    Thanks in advance.

Re: Dayton vs Cleveland shells and edges

Early Cleveland shells were Jasper and had lower profile edge. By the mid 60's {late Cleveland era} they were keller with a 45 edge. This continued into the Dayton period
