Re: 1938 Newton Model

Arrived today. The calf are in bad shape and not stamped Rogers. The butt backing plate and throw off are stamped "MADE IN ENGLAND" so I'm calling it a Rogers Newton Model. At one point in time there was contact paper in a pearl pattern on it. The glue is all over the shell still. A piece was still behind the English copy of a Leedy presto 2pt throw off. Rogers Newton!!!

Peace, Gary
