Nice Blue Sparkle!
Here's a real nice blue sparkle set with a few small issues. The center-rear mount is very unusual. I Wonder what the reserve is? I'd love to have a blue sparkle set.

Re: Nice Blue Sparkle!
Saw those, they do look nice. Blue Sparkle would be the correct name for 9/72 fullertons if I remember right, its not a crushed glass glitter. Maybe someone knows for sure? But they are a nice looking set

Re: Nice Blue Sparkle!
I have a set like this that my brother, dad and I purchased new in 1966 (yep, I'm an old fart of 54). Been able to hold onto it over the years, and the two of them gave up their interest in it years ago!
I wore out the Swiv-o-matic foot pedal in 1978 or so, and used a Ghost pedal after that. Never liked the Swiv-o-Matic.
Now I use the Dynasonic COB 5 line with my 1980 tobacco sunburst Londoner 7. I retired from playing in 1981 -- right after buying the set. So it's in almost new condtion.
I know I'm a lucky guy, and, from reading this site, it's great to see that there's interest in Rogers drums still.
Here's some interesting trivia for you. In 1980, when I was scoping out the new set, everyone was trying to get me away from Rogers. The "in" thing was plastic power shells, in red or black (yuk!). It was Tama this and Yamaha that or Pearl this and Gretsch that. Even Camco, but nobody stocked Rogers. I insisted on Rogers because that's all I played.
