Cleveland Spotlight Snare Fact Finding

Hey everyone,
I've just come into a Cleveland era Spotlight snare shell and I would like to get some more information on it and maybe some leads on where to find the appropriate hardware. The only thing I've measured is the lug hole spacing and that seems to be 1-5/8".
This will be my first Rogers drum as well.

Seems a good deal of Rogers Snares were at Eddie Knight School from what I've read.
