Rogers R-360

I bought these a few months ago from eBay.They are obviously imports.
They don't have a badge,but a sticker.
I know Yamaha made the R-380s.I'm wondering if anyone knows anything about them?
I looked through the catalog pages and didn't find them.
Obviously 80's from the Van Halen inspired stripes...a good little kit...was just curious...

I don't really know much about the imports but what a fantastic, wild finish. Maybe one of our gurus will jump in on this one.

Love the finish emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

Holy crap...From memory this wasn't a stock colour, but a promo or limited colour...Also from memory and this is going back quite a while, but I think Gene Miller use to or has a set in the same finish so he'd know about it...I've been looking for one of these for ages...Nice one...

Oh and didn't Yammy make the 60's oval badge 360s?...Don't think they made these ones, but I could be out there...

Thanks for the info! There was no floor tom,so I'm using the 13" as a "floor"tom.Makes for a quick set up gig kit.The last kit I bought with a wild finish was a Citrus Mod kit, that went to Bun E.Carlos.Its the kit behind him in the new Ludwig DVD.

Re: Rogers R-360

There are two different R-360 Era's. There are the Yamaha made drums and a later series made by Joe Chen for Rogers. Are the badges oval or square shaped? Early badges are oval shaped with R-360 on them and later badges are square Big-R badges.
